Well here are a couple more pieces from the safe confines of my vault! I was buying knives from Shane Sloan back in the late '80s and early '90s. These two have been stashed away since then.
Ivory handle with nickel silver bolsters. Measures 3 7/8" closed. Blade is high polished ATS-34 with satin finished flat.
Bolsters are dovetailed. Backspring has a little filework decoration at the butt end. The ivory has nice aging and is
perfect at the pins. One side has some natural surface stress lines that have been there since day one. The action
is smooth and it has good walk and talk. This old gal is mint and like new. Only $250. SOLD add ten bucks for post/insurance.
Abalone scales with nickel silver bolsters. 3 11/16" closed. ATS-34 blade with satin finish. Also has some filework on
backspring. Abalone has some nice fire and is perfect. Smooth action. Perfect all the way around. $250 plus ten bucks
for postage and insurance.
