My deepest condolences, Yangdu.
I have several of his re-handled knives that he was able to salvage when they arrived in Reno but didn't agree with the climate. He was an amazing man who built an amazing legacy of blades and tools that will last for generations to come as well will be remembered for his kindness and fairness in lifting some of the poorest of poor up to artisan status. In every sense of the word, he has left this world better than he found it. We should hope to be so lucky.
