I just recently bought it off the for sale forum and it is larger than I want to carry, i didn't do my research. The only part of the tool that shows any use is the wire cutters/strippers, everything else looks untouched. It was obviously carried by the previous owner as the sheath shows wear marks. I have never used or carried it.
