Ooohhh a sword with YCS-style yin-yang handle?? I told myself I was gonna wait for a Katana for my first HI sword, but this is just gorgeous...ahhh the temptation!
 
I quite often think resistance is futile. Why fight it. If you want one you want em all.
 
Single, that sword looks nicer than what I've personally seen (in my opinion) lately. If you want it, I wouldn't be dragging my feet.
 
Bookie and Bawanna, you guys aren't helping. I really do love it, especially since it would go with my new YCS Karda, but I just don't think I can do it right now. Short swords aren't usually my cup of tea either, but I did get a good paycheck last week and I've been pretty good lately...arggg is this one calling me??

I think I'll give it the old "wait til quittin time tomorrow, take it if it's still there" trick. It's nabbed me some nice blade, and also saved my arse on more than one occasion. That is to say, someone please grab this sword and save me!!
 
It's almost like a game of chicken, who holds out the longest! I have no need/want for a sword but, it even appeals to me in all it's grandeur.
 
Alright, dagnabbit. It turns out I'm a very weak man who cannot follow his own advice, but perhaps now I'll be a very weak man with a very awesome sword..

Bedtime now, I'll toss and turn all night but hopefully there will be a email bringing good news awaiting me in the morning. If not, I'll just get funny looks at work as I drip sweat with anxiety.

Oh, I've looked as well my friend Bawanna. I may be a newbie but, I can recognise a working piece of art when I see one. I may not shed a tear over this one however, there might be some in the future. It seems good things come to those whom wait and I believe Auntie will never let us down in regards to that matter. We all agree she is a Gem.
 
Thats a sweet Tibetan Sword! Hope ya get it SG. I sure want one of them long ones but then once I get a long one id want that one right there. Thats a nice job on that handle.
 
Well, morning time, and it looks like Auntie's computer is still giving her issues. My beach towel is getting damp already, I should probably bring a spare.

Ndog, two things made me pull the trigger: that exact train of thought, and the fact that the blade on this "short sword" is really only an inch or so shorter than a full-sized katana. I really have to get moving on a display

Yep! For a short sword its pretty dang long aint it? I have a Katana and a Wakizashi and they belong together. That Tibetan longsword is on top my list now and then a short one. I think it must be HI's longest of all swords but not sure. Tarwar may be close? Dang. Theres another i need? Hang in there SG! Get you another beach towel:D
