Pancake Sheaths

These pancake sheaths are set up for behind the back carry, right hand draw, and will accommodate a 3-3 1/2 inch length blade, 1 inch wide. The back side of these sheaths are two layers thick for durability. All of my sheaths are polished with beeswax and neatsfoot oil mixture for water resistance, and shininess, the shininess is important.

Looks great! I want the brown one, but do you think it will be suitable for this Malanika puukko, which has an ovoid barrel shaped handle? The handle measures 1" thick by 1 and 1/4" deep. Let me know and I'll send PayPal funds along.

I think it should fit pretty well. These sheaths have a pretty wide opening to accommodate thicker handles and I like to pick a nice and flexible piece of leather for the top layer of the sheath to give a little extra wiggle room. Judging by your photo the knife should fit in there snugly at the 4 3/4 - 5 inch mark. Worst case scenario, if you have any issues with the fit, you can always send it back for a full refund or a replacement.

Jordan, will you be making any pocket sheaths in the future, wanted to get something for my small fixed blades?

Hey Jordan,

Knife is 6" oal, blade is about 3", widest part is 1.25"
Another knife is about 7" oal, blade width is about 1.5" at widest, and blade length is 3". Not sure if u make one that would fit all 3 knives as usually only carry one at a time. Just email me at drewcandraw at me dot com

I like the pocketslip that goes with my limecutter :)
