Panfish

Excellent knife! As noted by several comments above, the thin blade is great for filleting as well as other kitchen work, yet has plenty of substance for almost any use except heavy duty woodcraft. The handle is very comfortable and the JK esthetics are unbeatable.
I'm very happy with this knife.
