I'm having trouble finding companies that sell pantographs. I've tried everything I can think of on this computer and still no luck. I sure would appreciate a nudge in the right direction. Thanks
Tom

I appreciate the reply and if you have a location or an address for him I sure would like to have it. Thanks
Tom

dont know what you want it for but the best are gortons...and you do NOT want to buy a new one...unless you are a cardiologist or brain surgeon or your last name is rockefeller, goto the used tool places and look for one....the smallest 3d gorton is the one id get....if i could find one and afford it...even a good used one will probably cost thousands....a new one is more than a very nice car.....

I have one, and i think the manufacturer is Hermes. Don't no if that is spelled right, but you should be able to find them. I'll look tonight and see if i can come up with there number. Guess it depends on what you intended purpose is as to what kind of machine you want. They can be expensive, and i relly only use mine to put a\my logo on my blades. an expensive way to do that. Mine came from a used equipment place as others have suggested.

Thanks to all of you for your replies. After hearing from all of you I've about talked myself out of one. I guess it's back to the old method, just getting lazy in my old age. Thanks again.

Now T. don't get discoraged! I checked out my machine, it is a Hermes. The number is 1-800-8-HERMES. They have a good catalog with lots of different machines. Get the catalog and check it out before you give up completely!

The Thomas Register of American Manufacturers www.thomasregister.com is one on the best online sourcing tools. The site is free but does require you to register. My search for pantograph just turned up 5 product categories and > 120 companies.

For future reference, I have > 40 such online sourcing tools listed at purchasing.miningco.com/msub-sourcing.htm .

Good luck.

Someone once suggested to me to try asking at a trophy shop because they might have an old one in the back room they might want to get rid of-cheap.
