You are welcome, sir. Well deserved. That is a really pretty chicken knife. The blue wa-handled knife was equally pretty. A petty, was it? Most of my knife use nowadays is in the kitchen, so chef knives catch my eye. Yours seem - elegant - some how despite the classic shape. And your full name etch in script adds to it.

Thank you, that is very kind. I guess the photo hides a lot of the flaws I see... I did recently post a picture of a petty knife, but it was in mocha micarta as well. This Japanese boning knife is my second iteration of this style, and it came out better than the one I made last year. I have another blank heat treated and hope I can improve the next one a bit as that will be a gift for a friend of mine.
