Paper question?

I've heard that AO paper has less consistency in abrasive grain size than SC paper, and I also seem to recall hearing that micron graded papers are even more consistent.

Is this true?

I know a lot of you guys like the Rhynowet paper, but have any of you tried the Mirka SC? I believe it's the same manufacturer.
