Paper wheel buffing compound question

The white rouge that came with the razorsharp paper wheel systems works pretty well, but I was hoping to get something that polishes a little finer. I've been practicing a lot and although i can easily get a shaving sharp edge I can never quite get to that "hair-popping" or "tree-topping" level of sharpness. I know an edge that sharp is pretty much useless in the real world but I would like to know that at least I have the ability to do it, never mind the fact that it is damn fun to show off to your friends. Any recommendations on what and where I can get some good micro fine green compound that works well with the paper wheels? Also where can I buy a bar of the same white compoound that originally came with the system? I own a fast food restaurant so our knives get dull every other day and would need more than the small amount of white rouge that the system came with.
