Para 2 or Delica 4 ffg

I have beater knives for hard use. But even when I know I'll be kicking the crap out of my knife I still will grab my Para 2 over the beaters. There is a reason guys were dropping up to $175 for a knife that's usually just over $100 while Spyderco is struggling to fill orders. If I had no other knife I would buy a $20 Kershaw or a Persistence to tide me over while I save up for the PM2. Yes, it's that good.

I like both and would like to throw a third Spydie into the mix. It is the Manix 2 which I like very much and is about the same size with less humptyness (if that is a word). Check out this great video comparison of the PM2 and the Manix 2.

Like most people here, I'm a blade junkie. Got tons, too many according to my wife, so I won't even begin to list them. No matter how bad I want to keep buying folders, I just gave up after comparing everything to my Para II and bought a second one.

Ironically, I did carry my Endura FFG today, but I was helping my neighbor finish up putting on a new roof and put one of my Para's through unspeakable things helping him last weekend. Otherwise no matter what I'm doing or where I'm going I grab a Para II. It really is just that good.

I'm sure there are people out there that dislike them, can't please everyone, but the Para II has a well deserved reputation and following.

I can tell you that I am saving my money for a Para 2 before I drop any money on a Delica. S30V + american made = awesome. Seriously though a PM2 is my next knife.
