Para-Military 2 First Impressions

The para2 is going to be my next spyderco for sure. It does indeed look like a fine knife, more refined than the original.
 
Mine arrived today, by far my favorite Spyderco offering to date. I think they put together the perfect knife here.

Received a Para II, 4hrs ago,it is a winner for sure,I loved the old Para and still do.
This fine tuned Spyderco that Sal and Eric have created is perfect, not to big nor small, light weight, a knife that you can really have confidence in.
PS. no blade play whatsoever,;) lock, just as slick as the Para 1

Yes. :thumbup: I received mine yesterday, and instantly felt it was the closest to perfection I've come to in a folder yet :thumbup:.
 
I believe that Sal said if sales justified it they would make a SpyderEdge offering. THEN it will be the perfect folder. Holding off with fingers crossed (may have to jump the upcoming sprints though).

I'm in the same boat. I missed the first run and now I am waiting for the second batch to hit.
 
Dang, I didnt look at the para2 much because I figgured it would be just as if not more expensive than the current paramillie. At less than $110 I could see myself getting one :)

I'm a little confused and maybe I didnt read carefully enough, but STR, is that an aftermarket pocket clip? All the other PM2s I've seen have the shiny E4/D4 type clip.

Seriously, where do you guys get them? I don't want to promote deal spotting, I just can't find one single place where they have them in stock..
 
Sal, what you said about the experimenting with lower prices: You got yourself new Para-Millie buyer. Para-military is very expensive in here. Now with this experiment or how you like to phrase it, its about as expensive as UKPK G10 variant in here. Difference is 2€'s. That means I can afford it, unlike old Para-Millie.

I probably should put it order right away, so when dealer in here get's it they ship it.

Thank you very much Mr. Glesser. For this experiment and excellent knives Spyderco keeps making and producing.

Yep those are aftermarket clips that STR made himself. :thumbup:
