I don't like that response either. While the base Para 3 Lightweight is cheaper than the G10 S30V version, it is by no means a cheap knife, and I cannot believe that a bent blade is considered "within spec" in that price range. I have cheaper China made Spyderco knives like the Persistence and Tenacious that have no issues. Certainly no bent blades there. Would be good and reassuring if any Spyderco reps can chime in on this.

I saw this response from Sal in another thread on Monday, in response to a slightly off center blade.
Sal, this thread with a clearly bent or off ground blade got no attention from you or Spyderco and I found the reported response to the customer not up to your standards. This thread has stuck in my craw as I recommend spyderco a lot because I consider you THE model knife company. I'm a long time spyderco owner and fan. Can you please address what happened here?
