Spyderco Para3 LW with Ti scales

Recently snagged a Shiro Quantum which has been one of my grails for the longest time, so I’m need to clear some space.
This is an excellent condition Para 3 lightweight in Spy27 steel. Knife is centered as pictured. It has been carried a couple of times and only cut open a few envelopes. I am also including the titech titanium scales kit for the LW. This includes the scales, PB washers and all the hardware to convert the Para3 LW. Scales have not been installed, they just arrived yesterday from the UK. Asking price is $old shipped for the package, not looking for trades or willing to split up at this time. Please be willing to pay via Zelle or PPFF with no notes due to recent tax changes.

To add to the above, I'd be interested in the knife without the ti scales, if you do end up splitting them. Thanks
