Paragon Kilns inexistent Customer Support?

After a few years of making knives (bought finished blades, and made handles) I decided to purchase a custom kiln from this company (I heard good comments from other members and went for it). KM18T Double barrel
The kiln was delivered last Thursday and specs were not as ordered...emailed them and got no solution/reply so far...Is this the way they normally operate?

I've talked to about a dozen people in different situations like this in the last week and the most important takeaway is that email is not reliable.

Pick up the phone and call. Talk to a real person and go from there.
