Paramilitary- blade chafes against liner?

Just picked up a Para today. Nice knife, on a lark I chose it over an Emerson 10.
I inspected it at the store, but when I got it home I noticed that it wasn't 100%.

The area where "Golden Colorado" is printed chafes against the liner when opening with the spyderhole. It only happens when using the right hand side. It doesn't chafe when using the left side of the hole, so I think it's an alignment problem?
It's a bummer, as the black finish is wearing off already.

The blade is also fairly off center.

Any tips? Could I adjust this?

Thanks!

I bought a torx key set and adjusted the pivot.

I went back and forth with it, so I don't know whether I tightened it or loosened it but in the end I eliminated the rubbing

The off centre blade I can live with, but IMHO doesn't belong on a knife of this calibre.

If you picked it up from Jay at Warriors & Wonders, I am sure he would swap it for a different knife. Otherwise, Spyderco will make it better.

I did, but I'd feel pretty dumb exchanging it as I inspected them and chose this one myself :o

I deal with pain in the ass customers myself and promised I'd never be one myself heheh

Ill get a Persian next time
