Paramilitary blade play question

In fairness, I did a lot of fine tuning on my para, with a reduction in the (already mild) vertical play, but never the elimination, as compared to, say, my 960 which came and remains vertical-play-less even under intense force.

Everyone of my spydercos has some blade play. I accept it, and trust them 100%. The Benchmades Ive had all didn't have any bladeplay and I don't trust them at all. Ive never had a spyderco fail on me, while ive had quite a few benchmades fail.
