Hey Everybody,
I wanted to show the forum a mod. I did to my PM. I felt that, for lack of a better term, the bird's head pinky thing at the end of the handle restricted my hand movement in certain holding positions. One day while fishing, I got my file out from a Gerber tool and filed the pinky shelf away. No fish were caught that day, unfortunately. I like the mod. myself and was wondering if anyone else had done it.
Here are some pics. I think the shelf's only purpose is to help the hand hold on to the handle when swinging the knife. I usually don't do that w/ a 3" bladed folder.
