Hello everyone!
This knife is 1095 at Rc 61 and ready for all of your kitchen tasks! As with all my knives, it comes with my warranty, which states that when you receive the knife, you have 3 days to return it to me, for any reason, for a full refund. After that, if there is anything wrong with the material or workmanship, I will repair or replace the blade for free as long as I am making knives. This does not cover abuse.
Ok, here are the specs:
1095 hardened to Rc61 and ground thin so this thing is like a laser!
It has green canvas micarta scales with carbon fiber pins
