Hi all,
i have a nice little one-off paring knife that I made recently and wanted to post for sale. It's made with CPM 154CM stainless steel and the handle is beautiful stabilized curly Mango.
SPECS:
OAL: 7.75"
BLADE: 3.25" long, 1.0" heel height. It has been hand finished to 600 grit. The grind is hybrid full flat/convex which is down to 0.006" before sharpening.
STEEL: 0.11" CPM 154CM stainless steel heat treated to RC61.
HANDLE: K&G stabilized Curly Mango with white G10 liners and pins.
