Hello dear brothers,
With God's good will, today i present you a great little paring blade.
The blade is made using a 12c27 stainless steel ingot and is hand sanded to a very thin and light profile with a 15 degree second bevel.
For the handle i used some very good looking mahogany (for it's perfect fit in the wet kitchen conditions) and for the bolsters a gorgeous piece of stabilized Carpathian stag antler core - a unique material
. Fittings are solid brass.
With it's thin stock and it's flat grind it fits excellent as a great slicer.
It's not perfect but it's very nice.
Overall it measures app 7.9" with an app 3.9" blade.
The price for this one is 95 usd.
All the best, God bless,
Bogdan
