These are fabricated by yours truly
1/16" stock 440C stainless knife blank from Jantz
Nickle silver pins,oil finish on the hardwood,not dishwasher safe
Scales are "bookmarked" ,cut from thick stock,and I make them not too thin so your hand will fatigue less if your doing alot of peeling
These are razor sharp paring knives & I've got the handles on them so they feel great in hand. Nice gift or tool for your kitchen
Black walnut & one is cocobolo

6-3/4" OAL,3" blades with 2-3/4" of cutting edge
