Paring knives in 1095 and G10 with coping tip (SOLD)

Valentine's is almost here!
Two paring knives made from Aldo's 1095 and black G10.
Three normalizing cycles, austenitized, quenched in Parks 50, tempered.
Top knife has brass pins.
The bottom knife has copper pins (SOLD).
Flat grind then convexed behind the edge to reduce food stickage.
Blade has a belt finish at 400
The handle is hand finished at 400.
The edge was taken to a 6000 wetstone then stropped.

Blade thickness at spine: .07 in.
Thickness behind edge: .012
Tip to handle: 4.2 in.
Handle: 4.2 in.
Overall: 8.4 in.
