I love the wood from Alpha Knife Supply. This piece is a great example of their materials. The wood, g10 liners and the steel all came from Alpha.
The steel is 14c28n. It's a Swedish powder steel somewhat similar to aeb-l but with higher stain resistance. Kershaw uses this steel on some great knives.
