8. Parker Cutlery 'Gypsy Balisong Model #1573'

Specifications
Blade Steel : 440-C Stainless Steel
Blade Length : 3 7/8 in.
OAL Length Opened: 8 7/16 in.

This rare Parker Gypsy Balisong features Brass Handles with Giraffe Bone Inlays and a Manilla Style Latch.
Condition Note : Approximately 95% , There are a few light scratches on the blade as well as the bolsters of the knife. The edge appears to be factory original and is quite sharp. This bali locks up solid in both open and closed positions.

The Avenger II is a Warren Thomas design and features a tanto VG-10 blade with a carbon fiber laminate on one side, and a carbon fiber handle. Black coated stainless steel clip. Made in Japan. Includes original packaging. Mint condition.
Condition Note: 100 % NIB. Includes original box and packaging.

17. A.G. Russell "Bolster Lock / Liner Lock ToothPick"

Hardwood Handle, S.S. Liners and Brass Hardware outfit this Folding Toothpick.
This knife features a unique closing mechanism that is, for all intents and purposes, a liner lock. The unique factor comes from the fact that the liner is integrated into the bolster (for lack of better terminology). I attempted to capture the design in the following pictures.
Condition Note : 98% plus. It's as new in box. Has the original factory edge. Shows no signs of use or carry. Unfortunately there is no box or papers with this one.

18. Frost Cutlery 'Dragon Balisong'

This Frost Cutlery Balisong features Stainless Steel Channel Constructed Handles with a Dragon inlayed into one side and checkering inlayed into the other.
Condition Note : Approximately 90% , there are several scratches on both the handle as well as the blade on this piece and the lock up is loose in both open and closed positions. The edge may have been sharpened but if it was it was done very well. It's quite hard to tell if it is factory original or not.

This little Frost Ninja 1 features Channel Constructed and Skeletonized Brass Handles.
Condition Note : Approximately 85% , there are several scratches on both the handle as well as the blade on this piece. The edge appears to be original / unsharpened though it is quite dull. This knife latches solid in closed position but not open position.

21. Parker - Imai 'Model # K-534' Balisong

This beautiful example of a 1980's Japanese Import Balisong features Brass Channel Skeletonized Handles.
Condition Note : Approximately 98% as received from the factory, which is incredible considering the age of the knife. It locks up as if it were new from the factory. There are a couple light hairline scratches on the non presentation side of the blade. They are so small I was unable to photograph them. There is also a slight discoloration at the tip of the knife on the presentation side of the blade as seen in the pics. This knife comes with a box.

26. Compass Industries 'Cho No Shi' Balisong

Blade Steel : 440-C Stainless Steel
Blade Length : 4 3/16 in.

OAL Length Closed : 5 1/16 in.
This is the 'Model 1911' of Japanese Import Balisongs. This knife features robust Brass Channel Constructed Handles with beautiful Burgundy Micarta Inlays. This knife is widely considered the very best balisong to come out of Japan in the 1980's. It has thick 3/16 in. blade stock reminiscent of the old original Pacific Cutlery Customs of that same time period. In the hand, they feel incredibly similar to an old PCC.
Condition Note : Approximately 90% , There are some light scratches on both the blade as well as the handles of the knife and the brass handles need to be polished out a little with Flitz, Metal Glo, etc. etc. etc. Also worth noting is the slightly raised portion of one of the micarta inlays. It appears that one of the inserts is beginning to come unglued as seen in the pics.

28. Benchmade Model 420SBK First Production Run 'Resistor'

This is a First Production Run of a Discontinued Benchmade Model 420SBK. This knife was designed by Mike Snody.
Condition Note : This knife is in around 98% condition having only a few faint scuff marks on the belt clip. The edge is original and unsharpened. Unfortunately this knife does NOT come with a box or pouch.

Condition Note : Approximately 90%. The knife shows signs of carry but little to no use. It has the original factory edge and has had the pocket clip removed. The lanyard was added by the previous owner. There are some light scuffs and scratches on both the blade as well as the handle.

These little Small Flys are getting harder and harder to come by, these days.
Condition Note : This knife is in around 95 % condition. There are a couple light scuff marks / scratches on the blade. The edge is factory sharp and appears to not have been used to cut much at all if anything.

37. Microtech ‘Tachyon 1 Balisong’

This is Microtech Knives first ever balisong. It features 6AL4V Channel Constructed Titanium Handles. It rides on a bushing system. This is a highly collectable production balisong. It comes with the original box, papers, nylon sheath and kydex sheath. 100% American Made.
Condition Note : The Blade is 100% New , the Handles are in approximately 95% condition. They have some “snail trails” in the titanium, as seen in the pics. They show some signs of carry but very little considering the age of the knife. I believe the knife to be unused to cut anything at all, it appears to be the original / unsharpened edge.

38. Protech ‘Flyfather JD Edition #21’

The handle on this knife is comprised of 6AL4V titanium slabs with beveled edges and grooves along the sides. The titanium frame has zen pins and barrel spacer construction while the pivot features 56 ball bearings (14 per pivot side) and set-screw pivots that allow the user to adjust the tension on the blade for smooth and precise action. This is the IKBS Pivot System. This knife features a very unique latch system; it is an arc shape, which allows the blade to extend closer to the bottom edge of the handle when closed. It's a nice touch that makes it possible to have a longer blade than is otherwise possible. The latch also features an integral latch stop which keeps the latch from hitting the blade, a very unique feature! Includes matching anodized pocket clip. This balisong is the only model balisong that Protech has made to date and features the classic blade design of the Protech Godfather. 100% American Made.
This is the Limited Edition ‘JD Forum’ Flyfather. It comes with the original box and paperwork.
