Parker/Schrade ? Background info?

Bumped into one today.It apeared to just be a 897UH but the blade stamp was Parker-Edwards and one of the secondary blades was marked UH on the reverse.

Did Parker buy both blades and frames and finish assembly? Or were these SFO's for him? The stainless blades were not marked "Japan" but had his Tenn. USA stamp.

If anyone would care to share info on the Parker -Schrade deal I would appreciate it
 
I was wrong its Alabama not Tenn.

Seems I am now a odd-ball Schrade collector.

Finally got the backside photo to load into my photobucket album.
Reverse of pen is marked UH,spey is marked stainless. Nothing on the reverse of the main blade.

It looks like a Schrade Walden or at least a Schrade NY. Smooth delrin, UH on the back of that blade, and I'll bet it has a serial number inside the liner.

Strange blade assembly too.
