I was just wondering what party tricks or flashy moves people have developed with their knives. Pics would be cool.

If you do a search you'll find a bunch of threads similar to this.

However, I would not recommend this. Too many people around and your friends and family may think you're an idiot, childish, or some kind of "wangsta."

I have a great party trick-I take my tinker, open the screwdriver, and use ti to open beer bottles.. :D

I encourage you to practice ALONE....with a very sharp knife. I believe you will learn some very valuable lessons this way ! Somehow I discern you are the type that learns best from experience. Me thinks you will also soon aquire the nickname "Thumbless Aegil" ! :D Party tricks with a knife..indeed. :rolleyes:

....sorry...most of us around here only juggle C4 or feral dogs !! :D :D :D...hence we frequently will refer to each other by the nickname..."Stumpy" !.....sounds as if you would like join the brotherhood ?!! :p
 
Imagine...This would be a different place if only the talented, skilled, informed and sober responded to questions instead of what you see above. Enough of the respondents & moderators enjoy @#$%^mouth much like Letterman, who uses his guests as straight men, to push away eager enthusiasts bent on contributing to the hobby. Perhaps this speaks to the other thread which asks where is everyone. Why do you think that a great many visit here but only a very very small minority of these visitors shape their thoughts with the keyboard?

If you're considering doing some flashy knife tricks at a party, please take my advice: don't. At best you'll just look like a showoff and at worst you'll come off like a slightly creepy nut. Neither will get you laid. Any time I've ever seen anybody show off anything at a party, the first thing I thought was always "what a flaming sh*t-heel". This has been a public service announcement.
 
I don't know if you'd call it a trick but a friend opens bear with the spine of whatever knife he has. I can't do it as well so I stab caps off

.......what kind.......Grizzly or Panda....getting their caps off with a knife is easy......its getting their undershorts off with a knife thats tough ! :eek: :D
