What ever happened to the pass around knife? Was it completed? I haven't seen anything about it in quite some time.

I for one is still waiting to get it over here for a sheathjob......wonder if it will ver get so far.
 
I may be mistaken but Michael Cooper (aka L6steel) was ramrodding or tracking the project. . .

The last that I remember Alan Folts had it (13 Mar 00). After Mr. Folts was finished. . .it was supposed to go to Berry Jones for regrind and satin finish. Then to "Oz" (not sure if that is Anso Knives). Anso was going to do the sheath and I thought ~ scrimshaw. From Oz to L6steel. Then from L6steel to Kit (guard soldering).

Where's Michael (L6steel) with an update ? :D
 
It should be with Kit Carson.
He is going to solder the guard and affix the bolsters.

That was several months ago. I have no idea what has happened to it since then. Maybe Kit or L6 can give us an update.
 
Lmao, I got it back from Kit and I cannot remember who I sent it to. Man what a project!
 
Bruce Evans, thats who I sent it to. He's been super busy though so I don't know if he's had a chance to work on it. No sense hurrying it up now anyways.
 
Bruce Evans has it. Dont worry, he will work it in his busy schedule. He will chime in here any second now.
 
Yep I have it.Remember L6 was having trouble with the ivory so I took on the job.I stabilized and tried to save the Ivory but it is a lost cause.I will use some of my Handle material and have it out of my shop just as soon as my belt order gets here.

Jens and I may look a bit alike, but his knives are much prettier. That's how you can tell the difference.
