Hay, the Passedina Blade Expo 2011 is next weekend, March 4,5, and 6. Is there anybody out there planning on going. I looked at the web page and noticed that there was going to be a BCCI booth. I plan on being there on Friday at the very least. Hope to see anybody out there that is going. Its supposed to be California's largest and oldest Blade show.. :D
 
I'll be there Saturday and Sunday. Bruce Dollinger contacted me a few days ago about going and said Wild Bill and Leroy are going to be there. Also, Armand (ItsTooEarly) will be there Saturday as well. Should be fun, we will all be going out for dinner after the show on Saturday.
 
Nope, I will not be in So Cal this weekend you all have a great time. A little birdy (ITE) told me that David Yellowhorse will be in Reno this weekend for the RMEF event. If the weather here is bad I stay to meet David.

If you haven't met David before John, I'd be making sure I stayed in town to meet him. He's really a great guy.

He really is... I've met them all (Leroy, Wild Bill, Chuck, Joe, ect. and they all are great guys worth the trip . How many tables will be at the Pasadena, CA show ? DM
 
I don't know how many tables there were when I was there in 2009. I've only been to that one show so I don't know if it was a big one or a small one. It didn't seem all that big to me though.

I'll be there on Saturday. I went last year and enjoyed it. I spent about 3 hours there and probably could have spent another 1 or 2 hours easily if I hadn't been somewhat rushed (I'm not bringing the wife this time :D). It's not a real big size show, but I wouldn't call it small either. Lets say medium.
 
I just found out that Friday is the only day I will be able to go. The guy I was going with has to work unexpectedly on Saturday. So, Friday it is. was hoping to meet a few of the forum fellows. I will probably be hanging around anything Buck so if any of you are there on friday and you see me say Hello. I'll bring my camera.
 
Just got back from the show. It really wasn't as large as I expected, but still alot of fun. I spent about 3 hours there and I had circled every table twice. I stopped at the BCCI table and had a chat with Bruce Dollinger(great guy) and picked up several knives of which I have posted here already. I didn't get a chance to stay but maybe next year and then I can stay for the traditional dinner. Hope every body had fun and I'll wait to see pics...
 
Spent several hours at the show today (Sat) Bruce talked me into a BCCI membership and a Vantage-pro (347)
 
Anybody else back from the show or on their PC and care to tell us about a nice model they found today ? DM
