I'm not to sure about the single magpul attach point just yet ? I'll go over it tonight when I get home :D
Everything is magpul or Spike Tactical the LPK was Timberwolf, seems pretty high quality ?? now I gotta save up for the Complete Upper

I love the MIAD, just not the large backstrap. Other than that everything looks great!

I need to quit spending all my money on ESEEs and get some ammo. Or do I?

The fact that you can do that at work without it resulting in a SWAT Call-Out is just incredibly sane and cool.

Looks really nice Tony, maybe one of these days i will start mine. Just keep putting it off. Bought a Marlin Guide gun 4570 today......:D I guess my Junglas will have to wait a little longer too.

I had fun building the lower , now got save my $$ to buy a complete upper ..... so.....had lower since April , let's how long it takes to buy an Complete upper

Looks great Tony-take your time and do it once to your liking. That's how I did my Varmint last winter.

nice. that's what i like about ar's, you can build it piece by piece to your exact specs and as funds allow it.

afaik, you can only buy complete colt rifles. also don't rule out bcm or larue tactical (although their uppers alone cost more than a complete rifle).

I have a rock river chrome line 16" hbar.

If I could do it all over again I would have gotten the govt profile bbl. It just adds too much weight. The extra ounces don't seem like much on paper - but when I humped it for hours hog hunting it made a difference. Trust me.

Hopefully I won't incite panic by mentioning hog hunting. :p

Midway has DPMS stainless hvy bbl complete uppers on sale at the moment. only 1:9 twist, though.

I used to work for the County and we used to make canons and home made shot guns but that was quite a few years ago.

Usually when ya work out of a machine shop ya can get away with a lot but kudos to anyone who works in an office and can get away with it.:cool::D

Not true, I bidded on a pair of Colt complete uppers on GB w/ .250 holes and lost both by $50....

just leave the AR & carry the Junglas ,it is lighter :D

You may want to look at Bravo Company or Del-ton as well. I'm very happy with the del-on upper I bought but next time I'd part it out myself through bravo company.
