Pat is a new young knifemaker from Michigan I met at the Blade Show in Atlanta last summer. A great guy to talk with & know ,and I spotted his enthusiasm toward making a great knife to own & use. Super clean work.Tom Krein helped him some & like I said, super clean work, perfect grinds. A rock solid lifetime quality knife.
These 6 knives I am offering here have A2 carbon steel blades, some with Pat's acid etch finish witch is pretty good looking & functional as corrosion resistance. Some have bluing added to the etch process. Kydex sheaths are snug fitting, very nicely crafted & the tubes are positioned for tec locs if you later decide.
Flat grinds Are real symetrical & perfect, blades are razor sharp.Overall, fantastic knives if ever I saw ,at greatr prices.
Shipping and Paypal fee's are included in the prices
First three in a group are the "Woodward" model
In the pics ,top to bottom These are $145. ea.
Blue cord wrapped,acid etched.3/16" stock
6-7/8" OAL Blade is about 3-8" with 2-3/4" of cutting edge
Next two black ones are same size but 1/8" thick stock, and have acid etch, then blueing. *one black is sold*
Here's a write by Pat on these
Model- "Woodward"
Call it an E.D.C., P.S.K., X.Y.Z., it's the knife that's small enough to go anywhere and still T.C.B.. At just under 3" it shouldn't raise too many eyebrows. Comfortable around the neck, back pocket, or on the belt it's the knife that will get you where you need to go.
I found it fitting to name it after one of Michigan's main arteries of transportation Woodward Ave.
