Looks like Dave Canterbury is selling a new hawk, starting 1-21-11. I don't know a lot about him, but I've enjoyed watching several of his videos. And I don't know a lot about tomahawks, but this one looks pretty good to me.

Pretty clever - check tomahawk online and see tons of people taking CS trail hawk, stripping it, convexing it and staining the haft. Why not make a proprietary one and sell them...

Most of the stuff Dave endorses is solid and will hold up to real world use - I am sure this is a great hawk.
 
Well, it looks like a 2Hawks Woodsman or Longhunter, which go for $120 or $125, depending on model, without the blade cover or belt loop, so His price is right in the ballpark, maybe a few $$ lower since you're buying it all at once. Not a stellar deal, not a bad deal, just about right for that hawk.

I don't know how accurate his description is, though. Reading on the 2 Hawks site, they are cast 6150, not forged 5160. Either way, good steel.
