This is a VERY early folder from Patrick, ordered just prior to the Blade Show in 2001 in which he received Best New Knifemaker Award!
Specs:
Model - U-PN (stands for Utility Patrick Nihiser)
Blade - 440C Stainless Steel with Bead Blast finish
Length - 5 1/16 Closed, 9" OAL
Blade Length - 4"
Bolsters - Light Blue Anodized Titanium
Scales - Blue G-10
Liners - Gold Anodized Titanium
Spacer - Blue Anodized Titanium with Filework. Reverse side of spacer is engine turned.
Pocket Clip - Gold Anodized Titanium
Lock Type - Liner
Milled handles and bolsters
Has seen very limited carry and use. Has not been sharpened and does not need to be. Minor pocket and use wear.
Incredible workmanship. Locks up tight with zero play.
Patrick was no longer making knives, now I hear he may be back up and running, but in any event, his knives will only go up in value.
