I have admired Patricks work for a very long time, and decided it was time I owned something from this talented craftsman.
I had never talked to Patrick before, just went on his site, sent him an email on sizing and placed an electronic order.
This was a Saturday morning, so I didn't expect to here anything back until the following week.....
Within 15 minutes Patrick had replied to my email, and answered all of my questions.
Shortly after that he had everything sized and sent me a pic of the final product.
It was in the mail that Monday with tracking in my inbox.
Doesn't get much better than that in terms of CS, and it doesn't hurt that what he makes is second to none.
The only thing better then a great product is a great person behind it, and Patrick is that!
