Pattern ID - really round bit

Can anyone ID this pattern and what it's main use would be? I don't remember seeing a bit with this round of a profile before. Size is 6 1/2" x 4 1/2" 3 lbs 3 oz

Looks Michigan-ish to me. Toe and heel rounded from use / wear / tear / sharpening.

Dang, and here I thought I found something special. I guess it will be sharpened a zilliion +1 times after I get it

Those arent that uncommon really, that rounded bit. If you file it correctly it will chop like no ones business. It is just not "seen" as optimum, thats all, and that technically is up to the guy who owns it, no one else. If it is a fatty (fat cheeks) that might make a good splitter as well. All depends. Nice find though!
