For those who like a bit of color in their lives.
A large, unused, classic Sebenza.
I removed the original inlays and replaced them with New-Zealand Paua abalone inlays separated by rare native copper spacers.
I selected Paua with natural fiery colors.
The outside surface of the handle, as well as the pocket-clip, has been lightly stippled to give a reflective surface.
In the photos one can see the different colors come to the fore in different light conditions and/or angles.
I am open to offers. ;)

If I had known, I will have never send you the measurements :D
Nice job mate.

Nice oupa,

How did you get the inlays out? Don't they use Industrial Strength Double Side tape to stick those suckers on?

They do, but I cut a slot lengthwise along the middle of the inlay (micarta in this case) and popped them out.
I do not think the tape would ever let go....unless you want it to.

I really like that stippled finish that would look great on a Damascus blade Sebenza with wood or ivory inlays. Great work!

I wanted to mention did you ever think of maybe hand rubbing the screws as they kinda stick out now with that stippled finish it might just be the picture I don't know but that might be something to look into. Either way I still think it looks great!
