I do hope this comes out soon. That Tropen really caught my attention, but I'm a little skeptical that the inner edge near the choil is maybe a little too close to the compression lock for comfort, a la my ZT 0452. This looks amazing, I've wanted a Spyderco with a larger blade, wire clip, something other than round hole opening and/or compression lock for a long time, but haven't pulled the trigger. This ticks most boxes... would love to see a 3.5 or larger blade though. Gonna go look for a deal on S110 PM2's some more.

I like it a lot. Hopefully the blade size will be closer to 3.25 than 3”.

I think it'll end up being 3.25". This looks like a gentlemen's folder to me, that's an excellent size for one.
