I ran across it recently but forgot where I saw it.

I think he retired from heat treating. There was a write up about him in Blade a year or two ago. I believe he is still active in the knife community, but has a less hands in type of job now.

What Stacy said. I sent them some CPM 154 recently and it came back in a week perfect

I just got back 26 blades of CPM 154 from them, they do a great job. Quick turn around time, each blade is RC tested, and they come back straight.
