I know he is the best for blades but what if i need somthing thats part of a knife heat treated but its not the blade. I am designing a balisong and the handles will be milled from 440C as thy have to be hardened. will he do them? It would just be alot easyer to send them out and not have to stress about scale or warping if i did the HT.

Why do they need to be hardened? I have made balisong handles out of brass, titanium, damascus and stainless with no hardening. It's your pivots that you should harden.
