I sense that this thread is now slowing down and that pretty much everyone who is interested to partake (or to proxy for another fellow CPK'er) has already thrown their hats in the ring (thank you for participating). After consulting with Marc, we have agreed to close and conclude this a bit ahead of the intended time on this Monday's eve specially because I had totally forgotten about TG being next week!!! Ideally, I'd like to have this all wrapped up and shipped out to the winner on Tuesday 11/21, as soon as the winner is drawn and I get their shipping info.
