Pawn shop find!

Went to this pawn shop near my house after work today on a whim. Right smack in the middle of piles of junk was a cold steel carbon v satin kukri gurkha for dirt cheap. Here is some money sir. Thank you. Been wanting one since I was in middle school drooling over the catalogue I got from my friends dad. Great shape as well. I'll post pics later. Lets go chopping. Awesome. It is the 35atcb.

It was $65. Had to bargain out of principle. If you don't they know something is fishy and might start doing better research. Can't have that. Ya I am excited. Don't find too many deals like that.

NICE! I really want to try out a Cold Steel Gurkha, but I can't afford the higher end ones. $50, however, is quite doable.

I go to the local pawn shops often, the only problem is the one that has the best knives has a guy who knows knives...so there prices are about internet prices. Which is ok because at least I can talk to someone who knows what they have, I run into the guy often at the local gun and knife shows. They have alot of old spyderco's and benchmades and some hard to find stuff which is always a nice thing.

What a great find. Good for you. I found a Cold Steel ATC carbon V in mint condition for appx 80.00. It is a thick piece of razor metal. Enjoy the search for more deals.
