Oh really? I actually like that as well. I thought the slide was a safety and it was a button auto.
It is a manual, but yeah it looks like an auto in a way. The button locks are great.

It looks shady for a new guy to jump in on this so I'm not in. What a cool gesture though.
I'm gonna throw my hat in, as long as I have the option of re- paying it forward. I have never had an auto, but I've always wanted to try one.
I don't feel like I carry that much, but when I lay it out for a picture it looks like a lot. Part of the day I substituted the Endura for my Hard Edge Knives primitive user, which I got a good amount of use out of today. Looking at the picture, I see that I carry all of the things I have claimed or been given through this thread. It really is a great idea, and I hope others are getting the amount of use out of what I have payed forward that I am getting. I also think seeing the generosity here has made me, a naturally surly dude, a bit more generous in the world at large. Anyway, here is what I'm carrying today. Most of it is true edc.

Thank you for your continuing contribution to the generosity in this thread.
Not shady at all. We encourage new participation. Welcome to PIF and nice setup you've got there.

I'm in on that hogue Whet. Here's my edc of this last week. The number of knives ebbs and flows week to week.
I see Aitor, Vic, a Svord Peasant, three Opinels, a Mercator, and a Juice/Squirt. Someone likes simplicity and traditionals. XD
