Pay It Forward -- it's been a while

If you haven't shipped it to me yet, let him have it. I'll get by without it, lol.

If you want I can send a section decent leather you can mount to a strop paddle (I use a deep bucket paint stirrer). I currently have 3 total straps made out of that leather and it works great.

    That's a great little knife, someone is going to loove it!

P. S. I forget to tell you that I'm not a guy. ;)

That's why one should never assume! It's makes an "Ass" out of "U" and "Me". You see what I did there. Lol

Oh, and I fixed my post to be more "gender neutral". These damn faceless forums. You never know who you're talking too. Lmao. :D:thumbup:

Timnelson - When he said contributing member, I'm guessing he meant a paying supporter of BF like Gold members and such. I could be wrong though. That's just how I take it anyway.

Mjpgolf1 - I made the same mistake. Don't feel too bad. ;)

Doesn't have to be a paying member, just has to be someone that has been here since before this thread started. Only because I don't want to take a chance of it going to someone who just joins because they saw a pay it forward thread. That said I am not at all saying that anyone who joined this month is only here because of a PIF thread, but there are people out there that do that sort of stuff and I want to be sure that whatever I contribute is going to someone who is "for sure" here for the right reason.

I have a Kershaw Cryo II I would like to pay forward. It's been through it but if someone wants to revive it, its definitely yours. Just shoot me a pm. Can post pics later tonight.

Thanks, but I'm good. I actually got in a bunch of lapping film and diamond paste a few hours after claiming that other strop.

I ordered it a couple weeks ago. Had forgotten about it.

How about a vintage Stockman Sears (Craftsman) knife. It's in pretty decent shape. Wood handles look great too. Imo. All I ask is that you joined before this thread started and you try to pay it forward. Thanks.

That sog seal pup is something I never would've actually bought based on looks, but so many other knives have come along this thread that I would've absolutely bought over a sog seal pup and they're knives I'd really like to try out, but have already claimed this seal pup for myself and am liking it to much to give up 😁 it's funny that a knife I never would've bought myself has become something that I won't give up for a knife that more my style. ( the looks are also growing on me ) so thanks again to bill K.
I hope many more people benefit from this wonderful thread. ( I couldn't locate it yesterday when I had the chance ) I only have one knife to eventually contribute, but when I do it may not even be wanted.
