Pay It Forward -- it's been a while

Carrying my Mora companion all day every day. I have not used my ti lock more than a few times since it arrived last week. Thank you for the gift. Its really blowing me away. My wife loves it too. It saves the life of my ti lock and certainly loves food prep. The carbon blade is showing some gorgeous blue and purple patina.

I even keep it clipped onto my leisure draw string shorts thanks to the unique sheath clip.

Awesome! My pleasure. They are great knives, and everyone should have one. :)

I'm new here with less than ten posts and i like the generosity of the community. This knife was given to me 20+ years ago by a retiring co-worker and i want to pass it on.
Nothing special, a Ka-Bar lock-back, its been sitting in a drawer or the safe ever since i got my Benchmade. I think its time to find a new home for it. I will ship anywhere in the Continental US.

Sorry for the crappy picture, i was using my phone!

I would love to have that. It reminds me of one my grandad had when I was a kid.

Thanks for your generosity

The orange Falcon FB is now on the left coast! Chris, I owe you a big thank you, so, THANK YOU, CHRIS!

It is my understanding that BellaBlades also played a role in how my new knife get here. THANKS, BELLA!

I like a fixed blade that is not to costly, has a full grip that works well when wet, and is easy to find in the field. The Falcon meets all of these requirements and more. Should work out just fine for me. Thanks again.

My pleasure. Yeah, that thing definitely sticks out with that giant orange grip. Enjoy!

The Ontario showed up today and I'm actually loving the sharpened sledge! It's a really comfortable full grip for me. I think I can fix that broken snap too. I'd replace it but I like to keep it original. Love it! Thanks again wroughndt!

CPD253 - I gave a Kabar over 50 pages ago with the same blade but a slightly thinner handle. It was snapped up faster than I expected! With all the modern stuff it's easy to forget how much some people love traditional styles! Nice offering!

Big thanks to BellaBlades for letting me check out the OD green micarta 0560 scale. He was even nice enough to throw in this satin acrylic 0550 scale. Which is absolutely awesome considering that I was toying with the idea of sanding the stock G10 scale smooth. I'm definitely digging both, the 0550 is coming with me to work in the morning.

I just wanted to get it on the record that I shipped out the 5.11 karambit and the Cold Steel Recon yesterday.

Hey, im so happy they arrived safe and sound. And for what I consider a slight blem. They both look dang good. I hope they both fit on just fine. I gave them both a slight refinish before sending them out!!!
Here is a picture of my Mora. Well maybe in a little, just failed for the tenth time.

I was going to leave it at a 600 grit toothy edge for fruits and veggies... but what's the fun in that?

Dude, no problem at all. Thank YOU for taking the little purple thing off of my hands and freeing up a slot in my bag o'knife storage, which I quickly filled with a green Vic Florist after seeing several people here say good things about 'em. :o

Bladeforums, I'm finding, is a dangerous place to hang out, and by 'dangerous' I mean 'awesome'. :D I used to be totally content with my single, solitary SAK and my Spyderco collection. Now I'm trying other SAK models because, gosh yeah, pliers would be more useful to me than a wood saw, and well, gee, I have been looking for a little wharncliffe blade something anyway and this one comes in green! And I'm buying other brands because I read conversations about 'em and think to myself, "Hey, I've never had a knife with auto assist or thumb studs or an axis lock or [insert other feature here]. Maybe there's something to that." Shoot, I'm even developing an interest in traditionals! ;)

But to the topic of this thread...

Is anyone interested in the scratched up but smooth as silk with all new innards black on black Leek I posted here? If no one grabs it over the next few days and folks here don't mind, I'd like to send it to a knife enthusiast friend who's never had an auto assist knife and wants to try one.

I'll tell you now, they'll love it. I love mine that I got from bruised meat, who I haven't seen here since I got it.
