Paying for Membership with Credit Card

I have payed for my subscription every year with my credit card because my account is updated right away.

When I try to pay this year I can only find an option to pay with PayPal.

Am I missing the credit card option or is paypal the only way now?

I can pay with PayPal if I need to. In the past it meant waiting a while for your account to be updated.
 
If you click on the pay with PayPal button, it will let you use a credit card or use your PayPal account.
