Has anyone ever bought anything from artisan cutlery? PayPal won't let me complete a purchase on their website. Paypal told me it's their automated security check that can take up to 2 days to clear, if it even does. And artisan hasn't responded to me yet with some form of alternate payment.

First time in 6 years using PayPal I've ever not been able to use the money I have.

I recommend NOT purchasing directly through their website because they are using outdated security certificates.

I am getting a "not secure" when using their website with Google Chrome web browser.

I recommend buying their knives through dealers instead, as that is how I bought mine so far.

So far they have been very good at releasing new models to dealers rather quickly.

Waiting on a dealer is apparently my only option, as they seem hellbent on not returning my email about an alternative payment method. The facebook rep even told me they responded to it, but i have yet to receive anything.

Photos of this purchase perhaps? AC is coming out with some amazing stuff. The Archaeo in damascus...mmmm.
