They are (were) setting up their new service center, switching their WAN and server lines, upgrading software... etc... etc... etc.
As of 1am on the 17th they are up and running, but VERY busy due to people making up for the down time.

I've pretty much given up on it, too much of a hassle. From now on, either money orders or phone transactions. If those don't work, then I won't be able to buy.
I never did like the idea of my card in long term memory there.
