This is all about last night. I called about an unauthorized charge which they said they would investigate. After saying they needed to cancel my card, which would take 10 days to replace, I lost my mind. So, while I was on hold I transferred all my funds to my bank. A supervisor explained that my account wasn't closed. What they do is change the card number which helps me. I got the transfer fees refunded but no matter what I said, they would not send my replacement card next day air. They may be a bank but their customer service is unlike any branch I've ever been in. I don't think I'm bailing on them yet dependent on the outcome of their latest snafu. Wait & see!I closed my account a while back. I've lost some sales & been declined some purchases as a result; but I don't particularly care about either.
Just out of curiosity,joeradza , are you still using their services? If so, why, if you have such strong feelings about them?
That is a temporary stay, at best. If their "investigation" says you owe them that money, they'll take it out of your next sale , pull it from the attached bank account, or put it on your new card.Edit: The unauthorized charge was still pending and it seems by transferring all my funds I solved my own problem There wasn't enough in the account anymore for that particular charge to go through.
