Hey I sell on the auction sites. What is the blanking problem?? A lot of people are requesting that I have to take paypal. I sell switchblades. Paypal from my understanding will reverse the money if they find out it was used to buy one. One person says take paypal or shove the knife where the sun doesn’t shine. I put him on my block list right away. I had to block him on my phone and email too. Does any one else have this problem with people?? Is there something like paypal that is out there that doesn’t care about knifes sales?? What is your view on this demand for payment only by paypal? I put this in the feed back because I don’t know where else to post it. If it needs to be moved then please email me and I will do that.

PayPal is the juggernaut of payments.

chase bank and ingdirect offer free money transfers if you have accounts.

also check out dwolla

Well I have read you can use paypal gift but the issues with that are. If paypal find out you are using the gift option to buy anything they will not be happy. Although on the same token, if someone send you a gift payment of a price you say, but the gift says like congrats well then that is just money sent to you, and magically that money compels you to send a knife to said person. This being said, I do not advocate breaking rules of any type, nor do a advocate going behind paypals back, but here is the information.

I was looking at a knife a few weeks ago in which the seller would only accept "Propay". I did not purchase the knife because I am unfamiliar with Propay but it might be worth looking into as an alternative.

I'm thinking no matter what payment method a person uses, the rules and restrictions will be similar to Paypal. That doesn't mean that the search should be abandoned, but it is somthing to consider. Short of a direct bank transfer, there really isn't much variation out there.

every one knows about ebay and there rules on knifes. there is another site and it looks just like ebay but there rules are much different. they are also in ca too. I am selling switchblades and they say where is my money you sold it. I am going to look them up and check there rules too. thank you for your help.
