How do you get rid of the dialog box that pops up when you scroll down the forum page . it pops up and covers up most of that post with the post story in it. very annoying .

I have been reading this forum off and on for a couple of weeks and never noticed a pop-up box. If you can describe it better, it may be easier to help figure out what is happening. What page(s) do you see it on (is it on every page)? What does it say (is at an Ad)?

use the scrollbar to move the page or stick to the right side of the page more. when you hold your cursor over a thread title on the left side it puts up that popup so you can read part of a thread without clicking on it. it saves time from having to click on a thread to see what its about.

If you hold your mouse over to the right along the last two columns the 'tool tip' popups are very small. As soon as I start to scroll the page with the wheel mouse the tool tips disappear.

You could also hover the mouse pointer over the thread link and wait for the popup to appear, then when you click, it will not be on covering the story.

YOu have to time it just perfectly for that popup to be on the thread page so I'd suggest modifying that. it took me about 30 tries to see what you meant before that popup would actually be on the thread page.

it snot really a pop-up but a mouse over feature. Trty this article

Edit: i should have looked at that link better. new one posted. If you use firefox and add-on will kill them.

Is it bladeforums related dialog or some advertising? I do not have any pop-ups when scrolling the forum. You probably got a virus.

This scrolling is on the main forum page where you select which story you want to read.
so when you scroll down the page you get this little box that comes up with half the story
in it.
